This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and in the software and services we operate.
This website
This website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, and does not ask you to create an account. It is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log basic technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site, as described in GitHub's privacy statement.
Our stores and sales channels
When you buy from one of our stores or through a marketplace, we process the data needed to fulfil your order: your name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address and order details. We use this data to process payment, ship your order, provide customer service and meet our legal obligations (such as bookkeeping and tax rules). We share it only with the parties needed to deliver the service — payment providers, carriers and the marketplace or store platform the order was placed on — and we do not sell personal data.
Google API Services
Some of our internal tools connect to Google services (for example Google Ads and Google Merchant Center) to manage our own advertising and product listings. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. These tools operate on our own business accounts and do not collect personal data from our customers through Google.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires us to keep it (for example, invoicing records under Belgian and EU law).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Belgium this is the Data Protection Authority.
